This products seems to be very good at eliminating odors in the home. I hung it in a place close to the kitchen and family room, and after cooking, it definitely eliminated the food odor from the area. It has a relatively like scent so it is not over powering when it comes to its odor. I'm going to buy a couple more to hang around various areas in the house.
