OdoBan, Odor Eliminator, cleans, disinfects, sanitizes and deodorizes all precleaned hard, nonporous household surfaces. OdoBan eliminates unpleasant odors on washable surfaces such as upholstery, carpets, bedding, showers, walls and floors while leaving a fresh scent. This industrial liquid odor eliminator leaves no residue and has a variety of uses.

What is OdoBan?


A Deodorizer… eliminates unpleasant odors on washable surfaces such as upholstery, carpets, bedding, showers, walls and floors while leaving a fresh scent.

A Sanitizer… kills 99.99% of germs such as †Streptococcus pyogenes (Strep), Escherichia coli 0157:H7 (E.coli)(pathogenic strain), Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus (Staph) and Klebsiella pneumoniae on hard, nonporous, nonfood contact surfaces in 60 seconds.

A Disinfectant… fungicidal against germs ‡such as Trichophyton mentagrophyte (the athlete's foot fungus), when used on surfaces in areas such as locker rooms, dressing rooms, shower and bath areas and exercise facilities.

A Mildewstat… effectively controls and inhibits the growth of mold and mildew.

A Virucide*… kills *HIV-1 (AIDS Virus), Influenza A/Hong Kong and Herpes Simplex type 2 in 60 seconds.

How to Use OdoBan?


Directions for use - For the concentrated product, see "Use-Solution Preparation Chart" for dilutions per gallon of water. It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

DEODORIZER DIRECTIONS

Air Freshener:


Smoke • Cooking Odors
Effectively neutralize damp, musty odors caused by mildew in storage areas, basements, closets, bathrooms and A/C filters. Effective on smoking and cooking odors (garlic, fish, onions, etc.).
 

Autos:


Beverage Spills • Smoking Odors • Musty Carpets
Spraying liberally onto seats, carpets, headliner and ashtray or into trunk and all vents will eliminate odors from tobacco, beverage spills and musty carpet.
     

Laundry:


Rinse Cycle
Eliminate offensive odors without damaging fibers to control laundry malodors, soften and eliminate static cling without damaging fibers.
 

Carpets:


Smoke • Mildew
Eliminates odors associated with urine, vomit, smoke and mildew. Reapply after cleaning for freshening effects. Allow to dry.
     

Pet Odors:

For urine, feces and vomit on carpet and upholstery. Clean prior to application then spray onto affected areas. Test hidden areas for colorfastness. Allow 10 minutes contact time. Then blot with clean cloth. Allow to dry. Also effective on pet bedding and litter boxes.

SANITIZER DIRECTIONS


OdoBan is a sanitizer for pre-cleaned, hard, and non-porous non-food contact surfaces according to the method for Inanimate Non-Food Contact Surface Sanitizer in 60 seconds at 5 oz per gallon of water against germs †such as: Streptococcus pyogenes (Strep), Escherichia coli 0157:H7 (E. coli) (pathogenic strain), Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus (Staph), Klebsiella pneumoniae.

Sanitizer Directions: Remove heavy soil, then thoroughly clean surfaces. To sanitize, apply use-solution (5 oz. per gallon of water or 1:25) to nonfood -contact surfaces as required. Let stand 60 seconds then wipe.

DISINFECTION DIRECTIONS


OdoBan is a Hospital Disinfectant for pre-cleaned surfaces at 5 ounces per gallon of water, Bactericidal according to the AOAC Use Dilution Test Method, and a Mildewstat according to the EPA Mildew-Fungistatic guidelines against germs ‡such as: Pseudomonas aeruginosa Salmonella choleraesuis, Staphylococcus aureus (Staph), Streptococcus pyogenes (Strep), Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Vancomycin Resistant Enterococcus faecalis (VREF), Escherichia coli (E. coli) 0157:H7, Listeria monocytogenes, Serratia marcescens, Aspergillus niger. OdoBan, at 7 ounces per gallon of water, is Bactericidal according to the AOAC Use dilution Test Method and Fungicidal according to the Fungicidal AOAC Use Dilution Test Method against germs ‡such as: Legionella pneumophila, Trichophyton mentagrophytes (Athletes Foot Fungus)

Disinfection Directions: Remove heavy soil, then thoroughly clean surfaces. Apply use--solution (5 oz. per gallon of water or 1:25) to hard, nonporous surfaces as -required. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes.

Fungicidal Disinfection: At 7 oz. per gallon, this product is an effective fungicide against Trichophyton mentagrophytes. Follow disinfection directions.

Mold and Mildew Control: To control mold and mildew on hard, nonporous surfaces, wash visible soil from the surface. Then apply use solution, 5 oz per gallon of water, with mop, sponge, cloth or trigger spray so as to wet all surfaces thoroughly. Let air dry. Repeat application every 7 days to control reoccurrence of growth.

VIRUCIDAL DIRECTIONS


OdoBan is Virucidal* according to the virucidal qualification against germs such as *Herpes Simplex Type 2, *Influenza A/Hong Kong, *HIV-1 (AIDS Virus).

Virucidal Directions: Follow disinfection directions. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 60 seconds. KILLS HIV ON PRECLEANED ENVIRONMENTAL -SURFACES/OBJECTS PREVIOUSLY SOILED WITH BLOOD/BODY -FLUIDS, in health care settings or other settings in which there is an expected likelihood of soiling of inanimate surfaces/objects with blood or body fluids and in which the surfaces/objects likely to be soiled with blood or body fluids can be associated with the potential for transmission of human immunodeficiency virus Type 1 (HIV-1)(associated with AIDS). "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING AND DECONTAMINATION AGAINST HIV-1 ON -SURFACES/OBJECTS SOILED WITH BLOOD/BODY FLUIDS."

Personal Protection: Clean-up should always be done wearing protective latex gloves, gowns, masks and eye protection.

Cleaning Procedure: Blood and other body fluids -containing HIV must be thoroughly cleaned from surfaces and objects before application of this product.

Contact Time: Leave surface wet for 60 seconds. Use a 10-minute contact time for disinfection against all other bacteria (5 oz per gallon of water) and fungi (7 oz per gallon of water) claimed.

Disposal of Infectious Materials: Blood, body fluids, cleaning -materials and clothing should be autoclaved and disposed of according to local regulations for infectious waste disposal.
